Yes, but only in an extreme potty-training emergency.

• Good grief is right. You DO have problems with human beings doing what God intended!

• The question should be, should a parent be TICKETED for letting a child (toddler, I hope) pee in public. That would be a NO. Some children have very small bladders and during training causes problems for both parent and child. Some can't completel empty the bladder and must go again shortly.

• I am sure this school is breaking a law about disabled. Maybe they should find out cause, if it were my child, I'd sue the hell out of them. Using a wheel chair is not good for this child. Her legs MUST be used, MUSCLES must be used, it is a health issue.

• Working with the public, I sure do understand this lady and her rules of no screaming kids.

Is it fair to evict 6-year-old girl from home in retirement community?

No. The circumstances call for an exception to the rule.

• With today's economy many grandparents are getting grandchildren to care for. Even working parents can't afford day care or a babysitter. If someone is unable to care for a child, then, for God's sake, let the grandparents take her and love her.
